A firm associate since 2012, Michael Miller represents clients in a wide variety of labor and employment civil litigation and has already made significant contributions to our civil practice. He has litigation experience in the additional areas of personal injury, consumer protection, and class action claims. Mike is also well-versed in appellate practice. During his career, he has proven to be a zealous advocate who relentlessly pursues justice for clients.
In law school, Mike graduated with honors, served as an Editor on the UMKC Law Review, served as Staff Member on the Urban Lawyer, and served as Associate Justice on the Student Government Association. His scholarly articles have been published in regional law journals. Following law school, Mike spent two years as a judicial clerk for the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District. Mike lives in Blue Springs, Missouri with his wife Michelle and daughter Brynn.
