Jeff Kratofil has been an associate at McCauley & Roach, LLC since 2010 and has practiced in the area of labor and employment since becoming a member of the bar in 2008. He has participated in a wide variety of litigation matters involving many areas of labor and employment law. Jeff has been instrumental in the negotiation of several settlements related to those claims. Jeff also has appeared in several arbitration cases and greatly contributed to their successful conclusion. Additionally, Jeff has represented hundreds of law enforcement officers in internal investigations and counseled them through any applicable grievance process. In one case, Jeff won the reinstatement of a police officer who had been terminated for a series of alleged policy violations. He has also successfully represented numerous police officers in disciplinary proceedings conducted by the Missouri Department of Public Safety.
Jeff was born and raised in the Kansas City area and currently lives in the Brookside/Waldo area. He is an avid golfer and local sports fan.
